To strengthen our Global Information Technology area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
- You evaluate and analyze current IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to identify areas for improvement
- You develop and implement new or updated processes to support business objectives
- You lead projects to improve ITSM processes, including change management and communication with stakeholders
- You collaborate with relevant departments to ensure processes align with business goals and objectives
- You train staff on new or updated processes and ensure their understanding and adherence
- You conduct regular process reviews to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for further improvement
- You stay up-to-date with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices and advancements to ensure the organization is utilizing the latest ITSM methods
- You maintain process documentation and update it as needed
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Furthermore, you have an ITIL certification with a focus on Process Analysis and Improvement
- You already gained at least 3 years of experience in ITSM process improvement and analysis
- You gathered experience in project management and leading cross-funcional teams
- You have knowledge of service management tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar
- You show a strong understanding of ITIL framework and methodology
- Your strenghts are excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills as well as the ability to analyze complex data and recommend solutions
