To strengthen our Global HR Analytics & Systems area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
Your tasks:
- Define, develop, and continue the Human Resources global analytics strategy (concept, content, architecture, systems, processes)
- Bring HR reporting to a new level of digitalization and create analyses, statistics and key figures in SAP SAC and Tableau
- Create added value by using data more efficiently through the creation and application of automated and standardized KPI reports in SAC and SF Employee Central and Tableau
- Create continuous reporting on HR metrics and analytics with draft recommendations for action
- Perform data analysis and create dashboards, and presentations for the management
- Conceive and develop the topic of HR Analytics together with Finance and other HR Centers of Excellence
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Alternatively, 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of human resources supplemented by knowledge from the area of people analytics
- Initial experience in an international environment
- Technical affinity and ideally a profound knowledge of SAP modules (SAP HR, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) as well as MS Office (especially Excel) and Tableau
- Ability to communicate and collaborate interculturally
- Fluent English and German skills
