To strengthen our Digital Marketing area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
- Develop, implement, orchestrate, measure and optimize global digital omni-channel campaigns on behalf of KARL STORZ Global Marketing and in strong collaboration with local Digital Marketing teams
- Develop engaging and customer centric digital campaigns across all relevant channels in strong collaboration with Product Marketing (main internal Customer) and the Creative Dept (in charge of the content/messaging)
- Define target groups, success measurement and KPIs, overall Customer Experience across all touchpoints, campaign planning
- Execute the campaign centrally or orchestrate it with local Digital Marketing teams in charge of local execution (which may require training to new local teams)
- Plan the briefing to countries with Product Marketing and Creative Depts including material for sales briefing
- Measure and constantly optimize the campaign performance when possible
- Organize debriefing with each campaign team to gather feedback and lessons learned, review metrics, campaign success achievement vs. KPIs
- Degree in Marketing, Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Digital Marketing Operations and omni-channel campaigning with track record and strong expertise in SEO/SEM/SEA
- Strong technical and Digital Marketing acumen
- Trained on Project Management
- Broad and deep curiosity for Marketing Technologies solutions
- Creative & resourceful, find solutions to complex problems
- Fluent English skills
