To strengthen our Commercial Learning Solutions / Training & Education team in the Global Sales & Marketing area at our Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a
- Preparation, creation and implementation of learning concepts/content for our customer groups by webinar/online training and face-to-face events, mainly using new technologies
- Active participation in the creation of e-learning content and training, as well as the further development of learning paths / onboarding of all customer groups
- Independent development of new training topics, identification of synergies between learning content for internal and external customer groups and training events/locations
- Business partners to the various departments (within KARL STORZ and Team Training & Education) and customers
- Organisation, implementation and responsibility of virtual and presence guided tours of the KARL STORZ visitor centre and the associated updating of equipment
- Coordination and active participation in the creation of the annual training calendar including management of the necessary training equipment
- A degree in business administration, economics or communication science,
health care or similar - At least 5-10 years of professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of marketing and sales in medicine, also with international experience
- Qualification as trainer/moderator/online trainer and NLP coach
- Didactics, presentation skills – online and in person
- Very good German and English skills, other languages are an advantage
