We’re looking for a Veterinary Endoscopic Specialist to promote and sell innovative endoscopic products to our veterinary customers. Join our team to make an impact in minimally invasive surgery within animal healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote & Sell: Present cutting-edge veterinary products with a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Market Growth: Collaborate with stakeholders to increase market share in the veterinary endoscopy field.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in projects to enhance product and service quality.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with clients, colleagues, and the sales and marketing team.
- Organization & Reporting: Maintain a current customer database and provide accurate, timely reports.
- Market Awareness: Monitor and report on competitive activity to inform strategy.
- Resource Management: Handle territory budgets, inventory, and documentation efficiently.
- Skill Development: Attend training, trade shows, and company events to stay ahead in the field.
- Territory Management: Grow business by developing new leads, maintaining current clients, and driving sales.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field.
- A backgroun as a Veterinary Nurse or Registered Veterinary nurse would be ideal.
- Sales Experience, ideally proven sales success, ideally in medical or operating room environments, with a preference for capital equipment sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and implement sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both in group presentations and one-on-one interactions.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
- Commission: £20,000 OTE
- Permanent / Full time
