Usability Engineer Single Use Endoscopes (m/f/d)

Your mission
- You will plan, document and present formative and summative usability evaluations and create the associated engineering files
- You will be responsible for ensuring that usability activities are carried out in a compliant manner (in accordance with laws and standards)
- You will support the definition of use-related risks and actions requiring user involvement
- Support your colleagues in requirements engineering and communication with regulatory authorities regarding usability
- You will be a reliable point of contact for your colleagues in product management, product design, product development, regulatory affairs and risk management
Your talents
- Degree in engineering psychology with a focus on usability or similar
- Experience in medical device usability
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices and usability engineering (IEC 62366-1 and FDA usability requirements)
- Ability to quickly grasp the context of tasks and requirements
- Systematic, analytical mindset and approach
- Confident presenter
- Understanding of technical relationships
- Very good German and English skills
