Your Mission

  • Your responsibilities will include developing a go-to-market strategy and preparing the KARL STORZ organization for a successful entry into the surgical robotics market
  • You will define and develop the organizational and operational structure for the launch
  • Another key task will be to create a strategic marketing plan and execute comprehensive launch planning and initiatives to integrate the robotics launch into the KARL STORZ portfolio
  • You will drive downstream marketing strategies and initiatives for Digital Surgery & Robotics in coordination with upstream product management and Specialty Business areas
  • You will develop and implement sales structures and strategies to establish a presence in the robotics market, working closely with regional and country heads
  • Your responsibilities include working with global marketing and marketing excellence teams to align downstream activities and campaigns
  • Additionally, you will develop training, education and events strategies to support early sales efforts in the robotics market

Your Talents

  • Master of Science, Master of Economics or Master of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 15 years of management experience in marketing or sales of a large capital medical device company or a similar position
  • Service and customer focus are important to ensure a successful entry into the surgical robotics market
  • Strong collaborative skills in an international environment and communication skills as you will be interacting with different stakeholders
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
  • 30% willingness to travel
