Your Mission

• You will be responsible for 1st level system support (SAP SuccessFactors) as well as training and communication of system customisations and new functionalities.
• You will be responsible for testing system changes
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the system
• Ensure the integrity of data by regularly reviewing and correcting data entries
• Assist with data migration and integration
• You will be responsible for maintaining and updating organisational data for the countries under your responsibility
• Develop customised reports to meet the specific needs of local HR departments
• You will be responsible for training and supporting local HR colleagues

Your Talents

• Degree in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in the area of HRIS
• Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR processes
• Systematic thinking and a structured, dedicated way of working
• Business fluent in English
