Your Mission

Strategic Financial Management: Act as a strategic business partner for global Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D units, driving financial performance and supporting long‑term strategic decision‑making
Budgeting & Forecasting: Full responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning within the Manufacturing & R&D division
CapEx Management: Lead the evaluation, governance, and steering of capital expenditure projects, including feasibility studies, business cases, and investment prioritization
Reporting & Cost Transparency: Ensure full transparency of manufacturing costs, productivity, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS), including continuous optimization initiatives
Strategic Financial Assessments: Conduct financial evaluations for key strategic initiatives such as site strategies, capacity expansions, footprint changes, and make‑or‑buy decisions
Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance standards, and regulatory requirements across all processes within the Manufacturing & R&D finance organization
Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor an international finance team, fostering collaboration, growth, and high‑performance culture
 

Your Talents

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field; MBA is an advantage
  • Extensive experience (>10 years) in a senior finance leadership role within an international environment
  • Strong background in Manufacturing Finance and ideally experience in R&D‑related organizationsIn‑depth knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Experience in evaluating and managing capital investment projects
  • Strong analytical and strategic capabilities with a high level of business orientation
  • Convincing leadership personality with excellent communication and decision‑making skills
  • Fluent English skills are a must; good German skills are an advantage
