Your Mission
- Support Job Evaluation and Compensation Structures: You conduct job evaluations, manage job grading requests, and contribute to the ongoing development of our global job architecture. In this role, you work closely with local HR Business Partners across the organization.
- Analyze Compensation Data and Conduct Market Benchmarking: You analyze internal and external compensation data, perform market benchmarking, and support the development of competitive salary ranges across different countries and functions.
- Support and Enhance Compensation Processes: You contribute to key compensation processes, including annual salary and bonus reviews, workforce cost planning, and long-term incentive programs. In addition, you help drive the continuous improvement of these processes.
- Translate Complex Topics into Clear Communication: You prepare analyses, presentations, and decision-making materials, ensuring that compensation-related topics are communicated effectively to different target audiences. Together with HR Business Partners, you support the communication of job evaluation outcomes and compensation decisions.
- Foster International Collaboration: You work closely with Compensation, HR, and business stakeholders across the globe, build strong professional networks, and contribute to international projects within Compensation, Planning, and Analytics.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field
- Professional experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Consulting, or a comparable environment
- Experience in job evaluation, job grading, or compensation analysis
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in working with data and complex topics
- Ability to communicate and advise different stakeholder groups in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
- Confident interpersonal skills and enjoyment of collaborating with business functions, HR colleagues, and leaders
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Interest in international and intercultural topics
- Fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
