Business Development Manager/Analyst

We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Analyst :

• Support European Leadership (including functions) with data analysis, including data collection, validation, dashboards creation, and reporting.
• Take ownership of and manage business development projects as required, ensuring successful execution and alignment with company objectives
• Prepare and analyse monthly and annual performance results, identifying deviations and key insights, and prepare reports for business meetings
• Prepare the QBR decks/templates for the four regions. Participate in the QBR with data insights.
• Lead and coordinate European data topics across departments, ensuring data quality, governance, and stakeholder alignment
• Support the budgeting process by preparing and analysing data, coordinating processes across European countries
• Conduct sales and financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Act as a data subject‑matter expert, collaborating with regional and global teams and delivering dashboards, trainings, and analytics support (SAP HANA, QV, Tableau, PBI
