Project Management Referent Sterile Single-Use Endoscopes

Your Mission: 

• Organize and moderate workshops and meetings in arena of Sterile Single-Use Endoscopes
• Track project status and support project managers to manage project KPIs
• Create reports to senior management
• Support project management team to organize project documentation
• Close collaboration with project staff from development, product management, production, regulatory affairs and other disciplines
• Communication with stakeholders

Your Talents: 

• Successfully completed studies or similar education
• At least 5 years of experience as project assistants 
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel appr. 10%
• Very good English written and oral language skills
• Excellent communication and management skills with different stakeholders
• Goal-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness, commitment, flexibility, well organized and ability to work in a team
