Your Mission
- Ensure the smooth operation of computers, devices, and software
- Quickly resolve technical issues and help prevent disruptions in the production process
- Provide remote IT technical support and consultation
- Create and update user manuals, guidelines, and FAQs
Your Talents
- At least a secondary education or higher education in a relevant field
- Previous experience in the IT sector is a plus
- A keen interest in IT devices
- Strong proficiency in Estonian and English languages
