Your Mission

  • Overall management of the Logistics Operations
  • Create, implement, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 acceptable processes and procedures for Inventory, Warehouse, Transportation, Collection of payment from Direct Customers, Distributors and other partners
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners to monitor incoming shipments, Bureau of Customs (BOC) clearance, releasing and delivery
  • Evaluate and select reliable Logistics partners
  • Responsible to administer stock and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Responsible to taking care of the existing warehouse
  • Responsible for the statistical and financial planning of warehouse activities
  • Responsible for the ERP system implementation and management
  • Responsible for producing regular reports and statistics on daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and ensures documents are well kept
  • Give vivid directions and guidelines to shipping agents about nature of goods and delivery locations, and maintain communication with them to ensure that goods are not damaged on transit
  • Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are in the right quantity and quality
  • Supervise loading of such goods into vehicles for delivery
  • Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedure for reference purposes
  • Lead and support regional supply chain and logistics projects in alignment with headquarters or regional office directives
  • Participate in regional business continuity planning, especially for supply chain disruptions affecting multiple countries
  • Identify opportunities to localize regional strategies for better execution within the Philippine market
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and policies across local teams
  • Support procurement and vendor consolidation initiatives to optimize cost and service levels

Compliance

  • Manage both Bureau of Customs (BOC) and trade compliance across the company, ensuring that all global regulations are understood
  • Responsible for determining Bureau of Customs (BOC) classifications and regulatory requirements (licenses, certificates, etc.)
  • Ensure that logistics and operations staff adhere to industry standards in dealing with clients, to promote rule of law and avoid practices such as smuggling and overloading to avoid accidents which could lead to loss of lives and properties

People Management

  • Help in recruiting competent and efficient to carry out daily operations at the organization and put them through in discharging their duties
  • Assign different responsibilities to the logistics team to fasten the job and promote specialization and accountability
  • Ensure staff progress in their performance and work with management and HR to implement interventions whenever necessary
  • Support management and other departments in areas that have an impact on the compact on the company profitability and staff morale

IQA

  • Attend to IQA meetings -opening and closing meetings.
  • Conduct internal audit using the IQA Checklist during the IQA scheduled by the IQA Head.
  • Use the CAR, Corrective Action Report form for all the findings found during the audit.
  • Verify and evaluate effectiveness of actions taken by the Auditee.

Your Talents

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or any related is preferred:
  • At least ten (10) years of working experience in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain
  • Possession of excellent time management skills
  • Excellent people management skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the team
  • Good analytical, numerical, computation skills and business judgement
  • Pays attention to the details to avoid any errors in the Purchase Order, contract, reports, etc.
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organized, systematic, meticulous, precise but with a sense of urgency in performing tasks
  • Familiar with Bureau of Customs works, importation procedures, and related services
