Your Mission

  • Drive Pipeline growth through effective prospecting and lead generation activities.

  • Develop and execute actions, business and strategic account plans to generate revenue for new business within assigned territory.

  •  Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

  •  Plan, execute and document sales steps utilizing precisely’ s CRM on a daily basis. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  •  Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customer on technology solutions.

  • Planning of Customer Meetings, customer trainings and presentations.

  •  Collaborating with internal stakeholder teams such as Sales Director, Marketing, Service teams and Executive leadership to create compelling business propositions.

  •  Extensive travel throughout the Philippines

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  •  Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Understanding and promoting company programs.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  •  Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability

  •  Participation in events seminars and exhibitions

  • Managing the distributor’s Pipeline for OR1 portfolio

Your Talents

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or any related is preferred.

  •  Proven Sales experience in medical device industry.

  •  Strong desire to win business and establish long term customer relationships.

  • Excellent Communication skills with good report writing skills and good interpersonal skills.

  • Possess at least 4-6 years of supervisory role in local medical sales or related experiences.

  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

  •  A meticulous and analytical team player who has good business acumen and has the initiative to reverse an adverse situation or remain positive and open to criticism, feedback and on-going self- development.

  •  Demonstrated commitment to completing assignments or objectives on time.

  •  Willing and able to have a flexible work arrangement

  • Should be based in Metro Manila
