Supervisor, Onsite Endoscopy

We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Supervisor, Onsite Endoscopic Specialist. You'll serve as the liaison between our accounts and KARL STORZ, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless workflow. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leadership style, with a focus on rapid response to daily needs and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personnel management, including performance management, hiring, and training
- OES scheduling and shift rotation management
- Procedural volume reporting and accuracy verification
- Total cost of ownership mitigation
- Full-service coverage, including decontam, reprocessing, assembly, and video support
- Face-to-face customer support in OR, SPD, and Biomed
- Data collection and analysis to reduce instrument damage and repair costs
- Video tower/system setup and support
- Inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and replacement of KARL STORZ devices
- Instrument/equipment repair management and preventative maintenance
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience as an OES/SOES or Team Lead, or 2 years in a Supervisory role, preferably in a Surgical environment
- Excellent written and spoken English language business communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
- Ability to lead, develop, train, and communicate with staff
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel spreadsheets and reporting
- Ability to achieve certification (CRCST, CCSVP, CST, or CER) within 3 months
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Current certification (CRCST, CCSVP, CST, or CER)
