About the Role
The Software Engineer III designs, develops, and enhances software solutions supporting technologies used in the operating room environment. This role contributes across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), building scalable applications and supporting product development while ensuring compliance with FDA and internal regulatory standards. The position works within a collaborative Agile team focused on delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement scalable software applications using Angular, .NET, C#, Web API, Microservices, SQL Server, and Entity Framework

Participate in the full SDLC including requirements, architecture, development, testing, and deployment

Translate product requirements into technical design specifications

Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and technical problem solving

Improve software performance, scalability, and maintainability

Develop GUI components using Angular and modern web technologies

Perform unit testing, debugging, and support validation activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Regulatory

Maintain documentation, coding standards, and Design History Files (DHF)

Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)

5+ years of software development experience

Strong experience with Angular, C#, .NET, SQL Server, Web API, Node.js, and JavaScript

Experience with Microservices architecture and Entity Framework

Experience developing full end-to-end software solutions

Knowledge of databases, system performance, and software design principles

Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have

Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments

Knowledge of Linux and Windows system performance and configuration

Experience with security testing and software compliance standards

Familiarity with networking, automation, and shell scripting

Exposure to video/media streaming technologies
