As a dynamic and experienced Director, Site Manager, you will lead our Stafford facility’s Operations. This leadership role is essential to ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality products, supporting team cohesion across functional departments, and driving customer satisfaction. The Director will oversee and empower the Operations teams, liaise with global management, and implement innovative, team-centered solutions that advance project and customer goals. Success in this role requires technical expertise in hardware, software, and operating room development, as well as robust skills in FDA-regulated end-to-end operations and supply chain management.
Your leadership impact:
- Lead and motivate operations team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality product delivery.
- Provide executive-level reports on production activities; build support within the global organization.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Field Operations and executives to enhance site-wide operational efficiency and influence.
- Drive budgeting, workforce planning, and succession efforts to ensure Stafford Operations remains at the forefront of the operating room integration market.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and protocols.
- Manage facility resources, safety, security, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Spearhead cross-functional projects, enabling the global alignment of product and process improvements.
What you will bring to the team:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years in the medical device or FDA-regulated industry; 9+ years managing teams of 15+.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office, SAP, and product development lifecycle.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building abilities; influential and adaptable in a matrixed environment.
Extra points for:
- Background in IP video streaming, analog and digital video signals, audio design.
- Experience with development of product specifications, prototyping, and technology transfer.
