Your Mission
System Architecture and Solution Advisory
-
Review the current system landscape, business processes, integration points, and operational constraints to identify fit-for-purpose solution options.

Assess business requirements against the global solution catalog and recommend standard, approved, and scalable solutions wherever available.

Where a suitable solution is not available in the global catalog, proactively identify alternative approaches, evaluate feasibility, and propose pragmatic options to fulfill business needs.

Balance business value, technical feasibility, security, compliance, integration, scalability, supportability, and total cost of ownership when advising on solution options.

Collaborate with global architecture, application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor teams to validate solution choices and ensure architectural alignment.

Document solution recommendations, decision rationale, risks, dependencies, and escalation points to support transparent governance and implementation readiness.
IT Business Partnering

Act as the primary IT interface for assigned business stakeholders, building trusted relationships and understanding business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.

Translate business needs into technology demand, initiatives, and service improvements in alignment with enterprise IT strategy and standards.

Advise business leaders on technology opportunities, solution options, investment priorities, and expected business value.

Support demand shaping, business case development, prioritization, and value realization for IT initiatives and enhancements.

Facilitate alignment between business functions and IT delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
IT Governance
-
Support and continuously improve IT governance structures, processes, and controls to ensure effective decision-making, transparency, and accountability.

Provide governance activities related to portfolio management, project prioritization, investment oversight, risk management, and compliance.
-
Prepare governance materials, reports, dashboards, and decision papers for leadership reviews, steering committees, and management forums.

Ensure adherence to applicable IT policies, standards, architectural principles, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Monitor governance KPIs and identify opportunities to improve governance maturity, control effectiveness, and value delivery.
-
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on audit readiness, remediation activities, and follow-up actions related to governance or compliance findings.

Support vendor and service governance by reviewing service performance, escalations, and compliance with contractual and operational commitments.
-
Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor
Your Talents

4+ years of relevant experience in an IT-related field.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
-
Proven experience in enterprise architecture, software/system design, and IT strategy.
-
Strong understanding of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
-
Experience with governance models and architecture management tools.
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Commitment to providing reliable support and maintaining system uptime to meet user and business needs.
-
Taking ownership of tasks, anticipating potential issues, and suggesting improvements to operational processes.
-
Problem solving requires strong analytical, architectural, and coordination skills to review system landscapes, identify gaps, and develop practical solutions. The role must balance business urgency, global standards, catalog availability, policy compliance, operational feasibility, and long-term sustainability when proposing solutions
