Your Missions
Develop Product Strategy: Define and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands within the SEAT region.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from launch to phase-out, ensuring timely updates and enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, clinical, regulatory, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure product success and market fit.
Go-to-Market Execution: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Training & Support: Develop training materials and support the sales force and clinical teams with product knowledge and positioning.
Customer Engagement: Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and end-users to gather insights and build strong relationships.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet revenue and growth targets.
Budget Management: Manage product marketing budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
Your Talents
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred for Senior roles.
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years experience in product management or marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the medical device market, clinical environments, and regulatory requirements, particularly in SEAT or similar regions.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement effective product strategies that drive growth and market share.
- Analytical Skills: Competent in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, KOLs, and senior management.
- Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach with experiences working across diverse culture. Self Starter, Self Motivator and Achiever
