Service Tech, Onsite Endoscopic Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Service Tech to provide on-site support for our medical devices, including hand instruments and video equipment, to healthcare clients. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on OR1 systems and equipment
- Provide in-service training to clients on system use, care, and handling
- Manage repair and replacement expenses within budget
- Troubleshoot video and instrument issues in the O.R.
- Inspect and maintain instrument functionality
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to support OR1 integration products and advancements in instrumentation and equipment
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and spoken English language business communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, service-oriented team environment
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or relevant certifications (CRCST or similar)
- Working knowledge of AV programming, system design, and image routing
- Experience with hospital-based Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR)
- Experience with major AV manufacturers' components
