Senior Area Finance Manager
Job Purpose
The Senior Area Finance Manager partners with healthcare providers in the North East territory to structure and deliver financing solutions for the acquisition of equipment and services. This role drives financing adoption across assigned territories by developing account strategies, structuring middle-market transactions, and supporting sales teams with cash-alternative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive finance penetration and achieve origination, volume, and portfolio return targets.
- Structure and close leasing and loan transactions ($50K–$5M+).
- Manage deals from origination through funding and oversee existing client portfolio.
- Advise on account strategies and identify financing opportunities to support sales growth.
- Train and support sales teams on positioning and leveraging financing solutions.
- Lead client onboarding processes and ensure effective execution.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
- 4–6+ years of middle-market financing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of credit, documentation, and transaction structuring.
- Advanced negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
- Highly organized with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work Model: Remote, based out of the North East.
