About the Role

As a Sales Executive supporting our Head & Neck Business Unit, you'll be responsible for growing and managing a territory by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing clinical and product expertise across a diverse portfolio.

 

This business unit supports specialties including ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), Neurosurgery, Speech Pathology, Radiation Oncology, and Otology, offering a unique blend of advanced visualization technology and traditional surgical instrumentation. You'll partner with physicians, nurses, operating room staff, materials management, and healthcare administrators to help improve patient outcomes through innovative solutions.

 

This is a highly visible, field-based role that requires a consultative sales approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage your territory like your own business.

 

Territory Requirement: Candidates must reside in the Milwaukee, WI area. This territory covers Milwaukee and the surrounding region.

 

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth by achieving annual revenue and market share objectives within your assigned territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Build strategic partnerships with physicians, nurses, operating room staff, materials management, and healthcare administrators.
  • Create and execute a territory business plan, including account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and educate customers on product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term product adoption.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, sharing insights and opportunities with leadership.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional initiatives while collaborating with internal cross-functional teams.

 

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years of successful B2B sales experiencepreferably within medical device or healthcare.
  • Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and develop new business.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing territories, account planning, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn complex medical technologies and confidently present clinical solutions.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
