KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. is seeking a motivated Service Sales Manager to manage and grow our KARL STORZ PROTECTION1® service offerings in the region. This role works closely with Region Sales and Territory Managers to develop new opportunities for service contracts and provide service solutions to meet customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Negotiate and sell service agreements (PROTECTION1® CSAs, FLEXPack, OES, Custom Service Agreements).
  • Monitor service sales and ensure area quotas are met.
  • Utilize the Guardian platform to track service activity.
  • Collaborate with management to develop new service offerings.
  • Resolve customer service issues and coordinate special projects.
  • Work with internal teams to combine service offerings with new product sales.
  • Promote PROTECTION1® services to key accounts, ensuring renewals and performance standards are met.
  • Analyze data to develop custom pricing and maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual business review meetings with sales teams and key customers.
  • Represent the PROTECTION1® Enterprise Service Team at public speaking or training events.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in service sales or contracts.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling repair services or similar.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Travel up to 65%

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Experience within the KARL STORZ organization.
  • Familiarity with the Guardian platform.
