About the Role
Build a career in medical device sales with a company known worldwide for innovation, quality, and impact. As a Sales Associate supporting the Manchester, NH territory, you will step into a highly visible, hands-on role designed to develop future Sales Executives while delivering immediate value to customers.
In this position, you’ll partner closely with Sales Executives and clinical teams while working independently to advance territory strategies, support complex product installations, and engage directly in clinical environments. You’ll gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and advanced sales activities rarely available at this stage of a sales career—making this a proven pathway into a Sales Executive role.
This is a field-based role with significant travel throughout the local territory and occasional travel outside the region.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth by supporting product demonstrations, evaluations, trials, and case coverage across hospitals, ASCs, and office-based settings
- Partner with Sales Executives to execute territory strategies, achieve quota goals, and expand customer relationships
- Lead and assist with capital equipment installations, in-servicing, and training for clinical staff
- Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support in operating rooms and clinical environments
- Build strong, compliant relationships with physicians, nurses, sterile processing, and administrative stakeholders
- Prepare quotes, manage customer accounts, and support promotional initiatives and service-related activities
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years of sales experience (medical device preferred)
- Working knowledge of hospital environments (Operating Room, Bio-Med, Central Processing)
- Ability to travel extensively (up to ~90% locally) and meet hospital credentialing requirements
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging clinical staff in high-pressure settings
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales goals
- Strong technical aptitude with medical devices or capital equipment
