Onsite Mobile Solutions Specialist - Houston, TX

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Onsite Mobile Solutions Specialist. Reporting to the Sr. Area Manager of Onsite Services, you'll drive the implementation of new OES accounts, provide coverage for short-term contracts, and assist in current accounts with extended lapses in coverage. This role requires significant travel across the United States and offers opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and execute new OES accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and support
- Provide interim coverage for short-term OES contracts, driving new service business opportunities
- Deliver traditional OES support in accounts with extended lapses in coverage
- Identify and implement process improvements, designing workflows to enhance efficiencies and reduce repair costs
- Lead implementation planning and execution, providing documented feedback to enhance customer success
- Ensure best-in-class customer experience, offering customized training and education
- Analyze data to maximize KARL STORZ product utilization
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of experience as an OES or in a related role (Sterile Processing, Surgical Sales, or Surgical Technology/Medical)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills
- Ability to work with key stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced knowledge of OR, SPD, and Clinical processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook and Excel)
- Willingness to travel 80% or more
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or advanced relevant certifications
- Track record in customer satisfaction and process improvement
- Previous training experience
- Knowledge and experience in the medical device and/or healthcare marketplace
Essential Functions:

- Physical requirements: lift/push/pull up to 25lbs
