As our Workforce Planning Practice Leader, you’ll drive the strategy behind a $100M+ operation, turning data into decisions that power seamless installations, exceptional service, and outstanding customer experiences nationwide. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner across teams, anticipate demand, solve complex capacity challenges, and build the systems that keep everything running smoothly—even under pressure. What You’ll Do

 

  • Align workforce supply with demand across the country
  • Lead forecast reviews and turn insights into action
  • Identify capacity risks early—and solve them fast
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Build and optimize workforce planning systems, tools, and processes
  • Manage 3rd-party resource strategy to scale efficiently

 

 

What You Bring

 

  • 3–5+ years in workforce planning, operations, or program management
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to challenge the status quo

 

Bonus Points

 

  • Experience in healthcare or medical devices
  • Certifications (Six Sigma, PMP, Workforce Planning, Analytics)
