Mission
This is a techno-commercial position combining project management, business development, and solution integration for advanced Integrated Operating Room (OR1) projects. The incumbent will lead end-to-end client engagement—right from prospecting and solution design to deal closure and project handover—by leveraging a strong technical understanding and consultative selling approach.
The candidate will at the forefront of operating room innovation and digital healthcare transformation. This role offers a blend of technical engagement, strategic selling, and project leadership, making it ideal for professionals seeking both business impact and career growth in healthcare technology.
1. Business Development & Prospecting
- Identify, map, and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, healthcare institutions, and turnkey infrastructure firms across North & East India.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders—surgeons, hospital administrators, biomedical heads, and project consultants.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract finalization.
2. Solution & Concept Selling
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis to design customized OR1 integration solutions.
- Present value-driven proposals and demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Promote component solutions and accessories to complement overall OR1 offerings.
3. Project Management Support
- Liaise with the internal execution team for seamless project transition and installation.
- Provide customer feedback, site insights, and support during project implementation.
4. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with other specialties, marketing, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support tenders, documentation, and technical bid submissions as required.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline stages, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools.
Talent
a) Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Biomedical, Electronics, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
b) Work Experience
3–8 years of experience in turnkey hospital site projects, integration, solution/ concept selling
Exposure to OR Integration, Medical Imaging Systems, or Smart Healthcare Solutions is preferred.
c) Other Requirements
Strong techno-commercial acumen and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Self-driven, proactive, and performance-oriented.
