Engineering Change Manager (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• You are responsible for Engineering Change Management at KARL STORZ
• You monitor and review the submitted Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
• You work closely with global departments to track ECRs and document the corresponding evidence
• You will support the ECM team with suggestions and potential solutions to optimise future ECM systems and processes
• You are an integral part of change management in global projects with various departments at KARL STORZ locations worldwide
• You support audits and CAPAs

Your Talents

• Completed technical training with further training as a bachelor professional or technical studies
• Successfully implemented projects in a regulated environment
• Professional experience in change, risk or quality management
• Knowledge of current standards in medical technology (e.g. ISO 13485)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Business fluent in German and English
