Your Mission
- Help in improving workflow and production methods by collaborating with national groups within and outside of Operations.
- To follow and adhere to procedural instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs) and forms for Operations, process flows, PFMEA, and control plans.
- Minimize downtime and eliminate bottlenecks by fostering a culture of continuous feedback to enhance production processes.
- Increase production output and efficiency by minimising material waste and supporting cost-effective manufacturing methods.
- Commit to following the quality control procedures and plans to guarantee that the quality of finished goods meets the highest standards.
- Keep manufacturing equipment and systems running smoothly by actively coordinating maintenance activities and implementing proactive preventive maintenance programs.
- Make safety a priority and enhance your workplace by adhering to regulations and fostering a culture of safety. Create an environment where everyone feels secure and protected.
- Make sure to comply with industry standards for medical devices.
- Continuous improvement through lean manufacturing / six sigma principles. Analyse production data and suggest process improvements.
- Equipment Management: Identify, specify, and select production equipment and tooling. Ensure that preventive maintenance plans are developed and executed. Lead improvements and upgrades to equipment as necessary.
