Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

This position is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across pharma and healthcare operations.
The role manages internal control frameworks, SOP governance, and compliance risk assessments while leading company-wide training and awareness initiatives.
It provides legal advisory support on contracts, tenders, and vendor agreements and coordinates with external counsel as required.
The incumbent oversees internal investigations, monitors regulatory developments, and delivers compliance reports and insights to leadership.
Regulatory ComplianceEnsure company compliance with all applicable Indian laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.Monitor updates in laws related to medtech, veterinary, data privacy, competition, anti-bribery, and corporate governance.
Internal Controls & Policy Management.Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, compliance manuals,and internal control frameworks.Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Training & AwarenessDesign and deliver mandatory compliance training programs (anti-corruption, code of conduct, government interactions, etc.).Act as the primary point of contact for employee compliance-related queries.
Legal Advisory SupportReview and provide legal guidance on contracts, vendor agreements, MoUs, and governmenttenders.Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
Investigations & ReportingLead and document internal investigations related to ethical breaches and compliance deviationPrepare compliance reports and dashboards for leadership, ensuring timely escalation and reporting of incidents
