Your Mission 

  • Sell and promote a range of devices and consumables to hospitals within a defined territory.
  • Prepare sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities.
  • Build excellent customer relationships, understand and impart product knowledge and detailed technical information.
  • Meet customer and territory KPIs
  • Maintain a strong customer-centric focus, following through on customer commitments and requests within agreed timeframes.
  • Conduct regular territory reviews with sales management in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure the Company’s key products and marketing strategies are effectively implemented in the sales territory.
  • Follow up on all sales leads and referrals in a timely manner.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and customer correspondence as required.
  • Ensure all expenses and required administrative tasks are executed in the required timeframe.
  • Provide a monthly activity/sales report
  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM data for your territory.
  • Participate in marketing events, seminars, trade exhibitions, and clinical workshops (including cadaver-based training where required).
  • Attend occasional weekend or evening events as necessary.
  • Conduct all business activities ethically, professionally, and in line with company policies.
  • Complete ad hoc tasks as directed by the State Sales Manager.

 

Your Talents

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing, science, medicine, business or a related discipline highly 
    desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in medical devices and instrumentation highly 
    desirable.
  • The ability to understand and impart technical knowledge across a broad portfolio of 
    products.
  • The ability to both acquire and develop new business opportunities.
  • A strong commitment to sell the Company’s products and achieve company objectives is essential.
  • Committed to working professionally and ethically at all times.
  • Proactive self-management in owning your business and driving results.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and execution of sales and territory plans.
  • A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia essential.
