The Marketing Manager – Gynecology plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our Gynecology portfolio and expand our impact in women’s health. This individual will drive go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns—bridging strategy, clinical insight, and creative execution to grow brand presence and revenue across the U.S. market.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Medical Affairs, and Global Marketing, this role ensures that our messaging, education, and marketing programs deeply resonate with healthcare professionals and align with business goals.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute U.S. marketing strategies and tactical plans for the Gynecology portfolio.
- Lead product launches and manage the lifecycle of existing products to maximize performance.
- Partner with Sales and Field Service teams to deliver impactful marketing tools, training, and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitive activity to guide decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and U.S. brand ambassador for the Gynecology line, ensuring consistent and compliant messaging.
- Collaborate with global partners on innovation and product development opportunities.
- Manage marketing events, labs, and conventions with excellence, ensuring follow-up and reporting on outcomes.
- Support demand planning and forecasting for specialty products in partnership with key internal teams.
What you bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience in medical devices, healthcare, or women’s health.
- Proven success in marketing strategy, product management, and competitive market analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Experience working with third-party agencies or vendors.
Preferred:
- Product management experience in the medical device industry.
