About the role:
The main purpose is to attract clients in public and private hospitals and clinics, build client loyalty, and sell the product portfolio within their assigned area and accounts.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
To be responsible for promoting and carrying out specialised sales of the product portfolio within their assigned accounts (clinics, public and private hospitals).
To ensure the implementation of company processes, alongside the effective use of sales tools.
To head office in managing various aspects relating to their accounts: budgeting, invoicing, collections, incidents, etc., and any other area where, thanks to their knowledge of the account, they can assist.
To Collaborate with the Tenders and Bids Department to prepare tenders and with the Engineering Department to prepare projects.
Carries out product installations, after-sales training and any other activity that strengthens the relationship with their clients.
Qualifications:
A degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Biomedical Engineering or a similar discipline.
An advantage: a Master’s degree in Sales Management, a Pharmaceutical/MedTech MBA or a degree in Healthcare Management.
5+ years’ sales experience in the medical devices, healthcare technology or pharmaceutical sector.
2+ years’ experience leading sales teams, preferably in MedTech.
2+ years’ proven experience in hospital settings and with public/private sector buyers.
2+ years’ experience managing KPIs, forecasting and market analysis.
2+ years’ experience in product launches and sales territory management.
Skills, qualities, and attributes:
Must be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Practical knowledge of office software and CRM systems (Outlook, Excel, SAP and Salesforce).
Able to work with minimal supervision and make decisions regarding work priorities. Planning visits and prioritising time.
Document management (contracts, purchase orders, tenders where applicable).
Compliance with commercial and pricing policies.
Native Spanish speaker.
English: upper-intermediate level (minimum B2). Other languages will be considered depending on the region.
