About the Role:
Karl Storz Iberia, is currently searching for a Customer Representative, based in Madrid. The main purpose is to manage day-to-day Customer Care activities, ensuring a high level of service for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Accurately and promptly process all incoming customer orders.
Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, stock availability, deliveries, invoices, product information, repair/exchange processes, quotations, etc.
Manage customer complaints from receipt to resolution, following internal procedures. Escalate product-related complaints to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing departments to manage deliveries, returns, and stock movements.
Serve as the primary contact person for designated key accounts.
Maintain ongoing communication with the sales team regarding quotations, orders, product inquiries, and general customer feedback.
Process daily invoicing activities.
Execute billing corrections and customer returns in accordance with company policies and timelines.
Handle repair and exchange orders.
Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, ideally within a multinational or MedTech setting.
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented ("can-do" attitude).
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
