Your Mission

Lead the development and execution of annual operational and commercial strategies for assigned specialties, directly accountable for revenue, profitability, and cost management. Shape the local go-to-market strategy by analysing complex market dynamics, customer segmentation, and historical performance. Translate corporate objectives into actionable plans with full P&L responsibility, ensuring alignment with national and APAC growth goals.

Drive end-to-end sales operations including direct and channel sales management. Own top-line growth targets, continuously optimise sales force effectiveness, and lead strategic customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Develop and execute advanced pipeline strategies, converting high value opportunities across clinical and procurement stakeholders. Routinely navigate complex hospital systems and procurement cycles with long lead times and high value capital equipment.

Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic customer issues and contract negotiations, ensuring sustainable partnerships with key accounts. Maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and department heads across public and private healthcare systems. Negotiate and manage long-term commercial agreements with financial, legal, and operational implications.

Oversee the full order-to-cash lifecycle, including contract governance, demand planning, credit risk management, collections, and inventory oversight. Identify and act on financial and operational risks, including initiating legal or commercial remedies in case of disputes or payment failures. Align closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Supply Chain) to protect margin and working capital.

Lead the execution of product lifecycle management including pricing, portfolio optimisation, competitive positioning, and new product launches. Provide strategic input into global product management based on market intelligence, customer feedback, and evolving clinical needs. Own post-launch success through robust tracking of commercial KPIs and field feedback loops.

Direct the execution of integrated marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms. Translate strategic marketing plans into regionally relevant campaigns that enhance brand equity and drive lead generation. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging while tailoring to local market nuances. Monitor and optimise ROI of all promotional activities.

Ensure all Sales & Marketing activities comply with relevant local laws, industry regulations, and internal governance standards. Drive continuous improvement in SOPs, controls, and reporting mechanisms to support audit readiness, ethical sales conduct, and operational transparency. Anticipate regulatory risks and implement preventive measures.

Lead a high performing commercial team with clear accountability for results. Identify and attract top external talent, mentor senior team members, and build future leadership capability. Embed a performance culture through structured reviews, competency development, and succession planning. Champion cross-functional collaboration and contribute to shaping the wider organisational culture.
Your Talents
- 15 years of experience in all aspects of Sales and Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in medical device company in leadership position.
- Bachelors or equivalent degree in Business Management (MBA preferred).
- Considerable experience of channel management and distribution.
- Highly people development focused.
- Strong business and financial acumen, number orientation.
