Shift Hours:  6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines.
  • Edit CNC programs and inspect parts to meet tight tolerances.
  • Work with exotic metals like nitinol and nickel alloys.
  • Maintain equipment and perform basic TPM activities.
  • Collaborate on process improvements and Lean initiatives.

 

What you need to be considered for this role:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
  • Skilled in blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and program editing.
  • Medium to advanced computer skills.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
