Shift Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
What you'll be doing:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and Swiss-style machines.
- Edit CNC programs and inspect parts to meet tight tolerances.
- Work with exotic metals like nitinol and nickel alloys.
- Maintain equipment and perform basic TPM activities.
- Collaborate on process improvements and Lean initiatives.
What you need to be considered for this role:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
- Skilled in blueprint reading, troubleshooting, and program editing.
- Medium to advanced computer skills.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
