  • Complete project documentation, time reporting, expense submissions, and administrative responsibilities accurately and on time.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual systems, cabling, networking, medical devices, field service, technology deployment, or related industries.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements and maintain facility access.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in an integrated operating room, healthcare, or hospital environment.
  • Familiarity with CAT5/6, fiber optic, coaxial, copper, or multi-conductor cabling systems.
  • Knowledge of cable termination methods, including solder, crimp, compression, or fiber termination.
  • Experience mounting displays, speakers, racks, or other AV equipment.
  • Basic understanding of control systems, networking equipment, video systems, or power amplifiers.
