Supervisor, Video Imaging Services

KARL STORZ is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to supervise our Video Imaging Services team. As the Supervisor, Video Imaging Services, you will direct and coordinate the activities of our Service Coordinators, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of up to 12 Service Coordinators
- Monitor performance stats, provide coaching and development, and ensure quality standards are met
- Research and resolve customer complaints and service issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop and facilitate employee training and presentations
- Analyze and improve department processes to achieve customer-centric goals
Requirements:
- 4+ years of service operations experience or 5+ years of customer support experience
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency with MS office suite; experience with SAP a plus
- Excellent business writing, oral communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 5% during the year
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Supervisory experience, preferably in a customer support environment
- Experience with facilitating employee training and making visual and oral presentations
