What you will be doing:
- Own and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
- Lead product and program launches, managing the full lifecycle of the portfolio.
- Develop internal and external marketing resources to enhance sales enablement.
- Drive market insights through customer engagement and field collaboration.
- Evaluate and lead new product opportunities, partnerships, and business cases.
- Deliver clear, impactful positioning and messaging aligned with portfolio goals.
- Create marketing dashboards, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, technical services, regulatory, and more.
- Mentor junior teammates and contribute as a key voice in the marketing leadership team.
What you bring:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of medical marketing experience (5+ in a sales-aligned commercial role)
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
- Expertise in marketing strategy, market research, and sales forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Experience with medical devices, especially in airway management
- Background in cross-functional project management and onboarding 3rd-party products
