We are seeking a dynamic Product Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle management of our specialty product portfolio. From product introduction through end-of-life, this role ensures operational excellence by driving demand and supply planning, coordinating product recalls, and serving as the primary liaison for field and customer inquiries. The Product Operations Manager partners across sales, marketing, supply chain, and quality teams to proactively address disruptions, maintain accurate data in SAP, and support successful product commercialization.
What you will be doing:
- Lead product lifecycle management (demand/supply planning, phase-outs, end-of-life, and SAP master data management).
- Manage supply chain and backorders, partnering with buyers and marketing to resolve issues and optimize inventory.
- Coordinate recalls and quality management, ensuring timely communications and resolution of product complaints.
- Provide sales and service support, including product inquiries, training materials, and cross-reference requests.
- Support marketing initiatives through product launch communications, campaign analysis, and field updates.
- Drive cross-functional projects to align stakeholders and deliver successful product introductions.
- Act as the field liaison, delivering accurate updates on product ETAs, delays, and expedited requests.
What you bring:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business, marketing, or operations.
- SAP and material master data management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Preferred:
- Medical device or logistics experience.
- Project management expertise and experience with inventory management.
- Public speaking skills for training and events.
- Advanced SAP skills (Production, BI-HANA).
- Marketing campaign development and analysis experience.
