This role will be on a hybrid scheudle at one of our offices in El Segundo, CA, Stafford, TX or Auburn, MA. Expectation is to be in office 3 days/week

What You’ll Do:
Own the Product Lifecycle
- Lead demand and supply planning, forecasting, and S&OP activities
- Manage product launches, phaseouts, last buys, and EOL/EOS execution
- Maintain and optimize material master data and product setup in SAP
- Track product consumption, pricing inputs, and quoting support
Drive Supply Chain & Inventory Excellence
- Proactively manage back orders, disruptions, and inventory risk
- Run inventory, excess, and backorder reporting with action plans
- Partner with logistics, buyers, and marketing to resolve issues fast
Lead Recall & Quality Communications
- Coordinate recall strategy and internal communications
- Investigate product complaints and ensure stakeholder alignment
Support Sales & the Field
- Serve as the main liaison for product inquiries, ETAs, and escalations
- Support trials, evaluations, competitive cross‑references, and value analysis
- Contribute to sales training and conduct sessions as needed
Enable Marketing & Commercial Success
- Create and deliver field communications for launches, updates, and recalls
- Support campaigns and promotional analysis
- Lead LM19 product vetting and commercialization processes
What You Bring:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, business, or operations
- Hands-on SAP experience (material master data required)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred
- Medical device industry experience
- Product lifecycle, inventory, or supply chain expertise
- Project management experience
- Comfort presenting and training cross‑functional teams
- Advanced SAP / BI-HANA reporting experience
