What you will be doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that support product portfolios, revenue growth, and market share.
- Create high-quality marketing content including case studies, brochures, white papers, presentations, and sales tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, clinical applications, and customer use cases.
- Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, compliant, customer-focused messaging.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Medical, Regulatory, and external agencies.
- Manage content organization, repositories, and utilization to ensure accessibility, relevance, and consistency.
- Analyze content performance and optimize based on data, market insights, and field feedback.
- Support product launches, events, conferences, and field engagement initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent, value-driven messaging across the U.S. market.
What you bring:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of medical device or healthcare marketing/sales experience.
- Proven success creating and managing impactful marketing content.
- Strong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with third-party agencies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and content management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred
- 5+ years of content strategy or healthcare marketing experience.
- Medical device, healthcare, or B2B technology writing experience.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (20–30%).
