Join Our Team as an Instructional Designer!
Do you thrive on designing innovative and engaging learning experiences? We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Instructional Designer I to join our dynamic Training and Sales Enablement team within Revenue Operations.
In this pivotal role, you'll design and develop blended learning solutions—including eLearning courses, instructional videos, AI tools, job aids, and more—to empower our Sales and Marketing teams in their clinical specialties. Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), integrate content into our Learning Management System (LMS), and play a key part in driving large company training initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Develop learner-focused materials like interactive anatomy tools, coaching exercises, and multimedia content.
- Work with SMEs to craft accurate, impactful training solutions.
- Manage projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards.
What You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and exceptional project management skills.
- A flair for integrating AI into training and an aptitude for learning new tech.
- A strong technical and creative mindset, coupled with attention to detail.
- Background in the medical industry (preferred) and willingness to travel up to 5%.
