What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Build and develop a top-tier product marketing team focused on driving revenue and market growth
- Drive Strategy: Own downstream marketing, positioning, and value messaging rooted in clinical and customer insights
- Execute Excellence: Deliver high-impact campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies across channels
- Collaborate Broadly: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, and global marketing teams
- Own the Portfolio: Manage lifecycle strategy from launch through end-of-life, optimizing performance and ROI
- Elevate the Brand: Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints—from field enablement to industry events
- Use Data to Win: Translate market insights and analytics into measurable business outcomes
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in medical device marketing or sales (5+ in marketing)
- Proven success leading teams and driving commercialization strategies
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset
- Expertise in product positioning, launches, and cross-functional leadership
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
- Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)
Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; experience in complex, high-growth environments
