About the Role

 

This role leads cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of innovative medical devices used in endoscopic surgery, ensuring projects meet quality, timeline, and cost objectives. The position is responsible for end-to-end program management, from concept through product launch, while driving collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. It plays a key role in shaping new technologies, processes, and product features, while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations. This leader also champions continuous improvement and strategic initiatives to enhance product performance and organizational effectiveness.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to successfully bring new surgical technologies from concept to market
  • Partner with sales, R&D, and clinical teams to execute go-to-market strategies and field initiatives
  • Drive project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple programs
  • Collaborate with external partners, key opinion leaders, and customers to gather insights and inform strategy
  • Represent the voice of the field, ensuring solutions meet real-world clinical needs
  • Track performance, communicate progress, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in products, processes, and customer experience

 

What You Bring

 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
  • 7–11 years of experience in marketing, product development, or project management
  • Medical devices or surgical experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment without direct authority
  • Knowledge of FDA/ISO standards is a plus

  • Operating Room/clinical environment experience 
  • Experience working with complex product portfolios in the medical device industry.
  • A strategic, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to deliver complex programs from concept to launch.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, paired with a passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the medical device or surgical space.
