Associate Clinical Technical Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Technical Service Representative to join our dynamic team! As a key member of our Clinical Technical Services department, you'll provide expert product advice to internal and external customers, promoting customer satisfaction and the KARL STORZ brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance on KARL STORZ products.

Develop and demonstrate product knowledge.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:

2+ years of relevant experience in SPD, surgical technology, or a related field.

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college or technical degree preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to learn medical terminology and product knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:

2-4 years of relevant experience.

Certifications/Credentials preferred (CST, CRCST, CBME, CBMT, RN, CBET).

Familiarity with endoscopic devices and procedures.

Understanding of infection control practices and techniques.
