Location: St. Louis, Kansas City, or Minneapolis. Selected candidate should live near or in these noted cities.  

 

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth in healthcare? Join KSEA as a Corporate Account Director and take the lead in representing our portfolio while developing and executing high-impact strategies with health systems (IDNs). You'll work directly with senior executives, negotiate complex contracts, and leverage market data to expand KSEA’s presence across hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory locations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and protect KSEA’s position within assigned health systems.
  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships, both internally and externally, to maximize business opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver cross-portfolio strategies and achieve sales, market share, and growth targets.
  • Negotiate and articulate KSEA’s value proposition to senior decision-makers in health systems.
  • Provide insights and feedback to KSEA leadership, driving productivity and performance with data-driven strategies.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in complex sales with large health systems (IDNs).
  • 8+ years of experience in a relevant healthcare or medical device environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in clinical capital & service solutions preferred.

 

Preferred: Established relationships within IDN supply chains and proven success in negotiating complex contracts.
