Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development and upgrades for flexible endoscopes and components
- Manage cross-border teams of engineers, technicians, and stakeholders
- Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with FDA/ISO standards
- Serve as a technical resource for manufacturability and performance validation
- Communicate project updates across global KARL STORZ locations
- Evaluate product changes through risk management practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
- 5+ years in Design or Manufacturing Engineering, working on highly complex electro mechanical systems/devices
- 3+ years in Project Management
- Strong international communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks (or other 3D CAD software)
- Familiarity with FDA/ISO regulations preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence outcomes
