Join KARL STORZ – a global leader in medical technology – as a Project Manager III driving innovation in flexible endoscopes and accessories. Lead international, cross-functional teams from concept through pilot phases to deliver cutting-edge products that improve patient care worldwide.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new product development and upgrades for flexible endoscopes and components
  • Manage cross-border teams of engineers, technicians, and stakeholders
  • Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with FDA/ISO standards
  • Serve as a technical resource for manufacturability and performance validation
  • Communicate project updates across global KARL STORZ locations
  • Evaluate product changes through risk management practices

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
  • 5+ years in Design or Manufacturing Engineering, working on highly complex electro mechanical systems/devices
  • 3+ years in Project Management
  • Strong international communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks (or other 3D CAD software)
  • Familiarity with FDA/ISO regulations preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence outcomes
