Join our team as an Assembler I, Video, where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality endoscope subassemblies for precision medical devices. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, disassemble, and inspect intricate optical and mechanical components per written procedures.
- Perform soldering, basic laser welding, and cleaning/preparation of parts.
- Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
- Operate microscopes, hand tools, and measurement devices.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Uphold safety standards and comply with ISO and FDA regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year experience in medical device assembly preferred.
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and procedures.
- Manual dexterity and keen vision for detailed work under a microscope.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and maintain punctual attendance.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and FDA Quality System Regulation.
Work Environment:
- Must adhere to environmental and safety protocols, including ISO 14001 standards.
- Good manual dexterity and eye hand coordination.
- Keen vision and the ability to pay close attention to details.
- Ability to perform detailed assembly work with a microscope for extended periods.
